Hi! I’m Steve Hambleton, and I’ve been working in the field of developmental services for over 15 years. As a Developmental Services Worker (DSW), I’m passionate about creating inclusive environments where individuals of all abilities feel valued, empowered, and connected.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals with a wide range of physical and developmental disabilities in both residential settings and community recreation programs. My support focuses on social and recreational programming, community integration, and helping people build meaningful connections and a strong sense of belonging.
I believe deeply in person-centred care—honouring each person’s strengths, autonomy, and goals. My approach is grounded in respect, collaboration, and empowerment, always advocating for the rights and choices of those I support.
Whether I’m organizing a community event, supporting daily living, or helping someone pursue a personal milestone, my goal is always the same: to walk alongside people in a way that uplifts their voice, fosters connection, and celebrates who they are.

Hi, I'm a Rebecca! I am a Registered Social Service Worker (RSSW) with over 15 years of experience supporting youth across diverse settings. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming approach, recognizing the impact of lived experiences on behaviour, development, and relationships. I am committed to creating safe, inclusive environments where young people feel seen, respected, and empowered to build on their strengths. My experience includes facilitating engaging group programming, providing individualized 1:1 support, and offering caregiver consultation to strengthen consistency and connection across environments.
Throughout my career, I have developed specialized expertise in supporting executive functioning challenges and helping youth understand and manage stress responses. I use practical, individualized strategies to promote emotional regulation, skill development, and resilience. By fostering collaborative, strengths-based relationships with youth, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams, I work to enhance overall well-being and support meaningful, sustainable growth.
Rebecca Cobban, rsswMy name is Carley, and I am a caring, energetic mom of three wonderful girls. We are a very active family and sports are a big part of our life. I play hockey, ball hockey, golf and I love running. Family and connection are very important to me, and I bring that same warmth, patience, and understanding into the care I provide. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and positive environment and would be honoured to provide compassionate respite care for individuals with diverse needs. I graduated from Developmental Services Worker in 2006 and Social Services Worker in 2007. I have been working as an Educational Assistant for the past 10 years.
